Time Table

Below are the draft schedules for conference, to give attendees an idea of what to expect. These are subject to change. This page will be the main way in which we communicate the schedule.

Time Slots

We are allowing 5 min at the end of each talk for hand overs, short comfort breaks for the audience, and relocating if going between a talk and demo. Allow for this in your talk timing. e.g. If you have a 40 min slot shown below, your talk + time for questions must not last longer than 35 min.

Demo Times

To fit in with our schedule, all demos will be given up to a maximum of 15 min, time slot. Inclement weather may cause us to need to reshuffle the schedule. Please be prepared to be flexible on specific timings, on the day. If you genuinely believe you need more time for your demo, please get in touch
